Where are you located?

I am located in Churchill, Gippsland, Victoria

Where are you willing to travel?

I am happy to travel a few hundred kilometers either way, preferably no further than Mallacoota, Bendigo and Ballarat unless a discussion is had, and we can arrange something.

Will a down payment be required to secure the booking?

Yes, a 25% down payment is required once booking is confirmed. If this is not send within the next 48 hours, the booking is not secured unless other arrangements are discussed.

What if I change my mind about booking?

7 days notice will be required before the booking takes place if you are wanting to cancel. If it is within the 7 days, the 25% down payment will not be refunded.

How far out from the event/occasion is required when making the booking?

3 months for big jobs and 1 month for small jobs unless circumstances have occurred.

An additional few may be required if this happens.


What camera is used in your work?

I work with a Nikon D610 currently and saving for a Z Series, along with multiple lenses.


What editing program is used?

Adobe is the broad scope program used for editing the work, whether it is Photoshop, Lightroom, etc, varies.


What is your hourly rate for photography?

It depends on who the client is and the amount of travel and editing required for the work. Hourly can vary from $50.00-$70.00 excluding editing and travel, etc.


How long does it take to receive the photographs?

The turn around is between 2-4 weeks depending on how much work is required.

A handful of photographs can be sent through as a sneak peak by the fortnight.



Workshops


What age group do you work with?

I have a very broad spectrum of groups that I have worked with. Varying from early childhood to secondary school, international students to University students and adults.


What numbers of groups have you done and are able to do?

I have worked with over 120 secodnary students with assistance and 80 adults on my own. Most groups vary from 4 - 30 participants, parents/teachers included.


How far out from the event/occasion is required when making the booking?

6 weeks for big jobs and 1 month for small jobs unless circumstances have occurred.

An additional few may be required if this happens.


Are materials supplied by Hollie for these workshops or do we have to supply them?

This can occur either way, a discussion will be had to finalise this. There may be some cases where it is easier if Hollie purchases the material due to time and accessibility. If so, the cost of materials will fall into the final invoice and is required before the booking occurs.


What is your rate for workshops?

It depends on who how many workshops, participants involved and the amount of travel and materials required for the work. This amount varies and can be discussed.


If we would like a Gunaikurnai language workshop, is there a protocol to follow?

Yes there is a protocol to follow.

You will be required to get in contact with the Traditional Owner Group - GLaWAC (Gunaikurnai Land and Waters Aboriginal Corporation) and get permission for this to occur. Be mindful, this may take some time.

In some occasions asking an Elder who is from the Gunaikurnai Nation will suffice but please check this with them and GLaWAC first.


What is I want a particular thing involved in the workshop?

This can be discussed to see if it will be possible and whose responsibility and capability to do this is.

Base rate is $200 excluding travel and other expenses.



Welcome to Country


How far out from the event/occasion is required when making the booking?

1 month for big jobs and 2 weeks for small jobs unless circumstances have occurred.

An additional few may be required if this happens. If requested in Gunaikurnai language 1 month for big jobs and 3 weeks for small jobs.


Will any details be required before the Welcome occurs?

Yes, atleast a quick discussion 2 weeks out on the details of the event will be required as to be able to incorporate it into the Welcome.


What is your rate for performing Welcome to  Country?

For a base Welcome to Country $200 excluding travel and expenses, etc.

For a language based Welcome to Country $300 excluding travel and expenses, etc.

For a Welcome to Country in Language $400 excluding travel and expenses, etc.


Is there a protocol to follow if we would like the Welcome to Country performed in Gunaikurnai language?
